What You’ll Do

You will join a fast-paced proprietary trading environment as a close partner to the head of a fixed‑income relative‑value trading desk. The role combines trading, research, and systems work — an exceptional opportunity to gain broad exposure to portfolio construction, execution, quantitative research, and risk management from day one.

• Work directly with the head of the trading desk on live positions, trade execution, and day‑to‑day risk management
• Monitor fixed‑income markets and relative‑value relationships to identify trading opportunities
• Investigate pricing discrepancies and explain drivers of market and portfolio performance
• Research and test new strategies using market data and quantitative methods
• Build and improve analytical tools, trading systems, data pipelines, dashboards, and automated workflows
• Gradually assume greater trading and risk‑taking responsibility as skills and judgment develop

What We’re Looking For

We want candidates who are intellectually curious, disciplined, and ready to take real responsibility early in their careers.

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, physics, computer science, engineering, or another rigorous quantitative discipline
• Genuine interest in markets, trading, technology, and risk
• Strong quantitative reasoning, attention to detail, and the ability to explain what is driving market moves
• Ability to learn quickly in an entrepreneurial, high‑stakes trading environment (small mistakes matter)
• Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, and the capacity to work independently
• Direct fixed‑income or trading desk experience is valuable but not required if you can demonstrate exceptional ability
