What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Junior Campaign Coordinator & Management Trainee to join their on-site team in Highland Park, TX. This role combines hands-on project coordination with leadership development and client-facing support.
- Assist with coordinating project timelines, priorities, and deliverables
- Collaborate across departments to support business initiatives
- Participate in project planning meetings and team strategy sessions
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to leadership
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Support client-facing projects and relationship management activities
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation
- Build leadership, communication, and organizational skills through structured training and mentorship
