Overview
This entry-level Junior Business Development role supports client-focused marketing teams in Manhattan, NY. The Confidential Client is building 2–3 marketing teams and seeks motivated contributors who can learn quickly, deliver professional marketing presentations, and grow into leadership roles within an aggressive development timeline.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and execute marketing presentations on behalf of the Confidential Client
- Provide daily feedback to team leads and weekly KPI reports to account managers
- Build and manage relationships with site partners and local stakeholders
- Travel for networking events approximately every 2–3 months
- Lead monthly team presentations to review progress and goals
- Conduct market research and prepare briefs prior to events
- Identify and suggest new revenue opportunities and campaign improvements
- Stay current with client initiatives and execute direction from account managers
What We’re Looking For

- Comfortable communicating with diverse audiences in-person and virtually
- Interest in taking on leadership responsibilities and measurable growth
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; MBA preferred (not required)
- Local to Manhattan or able to relocate within 2–3 weeks
- Athletic or competitive background is a plus — we value discipline and resilience
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated base salary: $88,625 per year (estimated)
- Bonus opportunities based on performance

Location & Timing
This position is based in Manhattan, NY. We are hiring immediately and will prioritize local candidates who can attend in-person interviews. Paid training is provided; selected candidates may be developed from an assistant role into managing director-level responsibilities within approximately 12 months.
