Position overview

Confidential Client is seeking a Junior Assistant Brand Manager based in Coconut Grove, FL. This is a contract, full-time role supporting the Events & Marketing team to increase brand exposure, support marketing initiatives, and assist with planning and executing campaigns and activations. Weekly pay: $600 - $1,000.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with executives and team leaders to understand brand objectives and campaign goals
• Research target markets, competitors, and comparable brand campaigns
• Monitor marketing, branding, and consumer trends to inform strategy
• Develop and present creative marketing ideas that support brand objectives
• Assist the Brand Manager with planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Coordinate across sales, marketing, events, and other teams to deliver activations
• Provide sales-support during the customer journey and help the sales team as needed
• Assist with planning and delivering promotional events and brand activations
• Support budget tracking and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Analyze campaign results using performance metrics and help prepare reports for stakeholders
• Help ensure consistent brand messaging and presentation across campaigns and customer interactions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Branding, or related field preferred
• Previous study, internship, or entry-level experience in marketing, branding, events, sales, or management is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident presentation and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable researching and analyzing basic campaign or customer data
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Experience leading or coordinating a small team is desirable but not required
• Goal-oriented, results-driven and creative mindset
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & employment type

• Pay: $600 - $1,000 per week (Contract, Full-time). Approximate annual equivalent: $31,200 - $52,000.
• Location: Coconut Grove, FL (on-site / local to Coconut Grove preferred unless otherwise stated).
• Employment Type: CONTRACTOR; FULL_TIME
