About the Role
Confidential Client is hiring a Junior Adobe Campaign & Audience Operations Specialist to support audience creation, campaign setup, QA, and marketing operations. This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring in-office attendance approximately 2–3 days per week in Buckingham, TX.
What You’ll Do
This entry-level role is designed to build hands-on experience in MarTech, audience segmentation, campaign operations, and data-driven marketing. You will help ensure campaigns are targeted, configured, and deployed accurately while maintaining strong data quality and operational standards.
- Develop practical expertise in Adobe Campaign and related Adobe Experience Cloud tools
- Learn and apply audience strategy, customer segmentation, and campaign lifecycle best practices
- Support campaign setup, workflow configuration, testing, and deployments
- Validate audience selections, configurations, and deployment materials prior to launch
- Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot campaign/audience issues
- Document business rules, deployment procedures, and QA artifacts
- Coordinate with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to clarify requirements and communicate risks and timelines
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency
Key Responsibilities
- Build, update, and validate customer audiences and segmentation criteria based on marketing requirements
- Support campaign setup, workflow management, quality assurance, and deployment activities within Adobe Campaign
- Review and verify campaign configurations and audience selections before launch
- Monitor project timelines, manage multiple priorities, and communicate progress and dependencies
- Troubleshoot audience or campaign-related issues and perform root-cause analysis
- Maintain accurate process and deployment documentation
- Apply marketing operations best practices and data governance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud products (examples: Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Manager)
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Experience or familiarity with data visualization/reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and MarTech workflows
Compensation & Location
- Estimated salary: $115,229 per year (estimated)
- Location: Buckingham, TX — hybrid schedule, approximately 2–3 days in-office per week
- Employment type: Full-time
