Role overview
Confidential Client is seeking a Jr SAP MDM (Master Data) / Quality Systems Specialist — Master Data Analyst to support enterprise master data governance across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and quality teams. This full-time role is based in Cloverdale, TN and focuses on creating, maintaining and governing SAP master data to ensure accuracy, compliance and operational efficiency across the product lifecycle.
What you’ll do
- Support and maintain SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and SAP Master Data Management processes
- Create, update and govern SAP material master records and related master data
- Implement and enforce master data procedures to ensure data quality and compliance
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain and quality teams to support production and engineering changes
- Perform process analysis and recommend system or process improvements to reduce manual work and improve data integrity
- Provide subject-matter support for quality programs and system controls; help interpret and implement policies and regulatory requirements
- Participate in projects to design and deliver master data changes; may mentor or guide junior staff
Required skills & experience
- 2+ years working with SAP master data (material master) or related MDM/MDG functions
- Practical experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and SAP Master Data Management
- Hands-on experience creating and maintaining SAP material master records and data governance workflows
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (advanced degree acceptable)
- Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to have
- Experience with Windchill or PLM systems
- Prior experience in manufacturing, supply chain or quality systems
- Exposure to global data governance programs or SAP implementation projects
