Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level candidate for a paid social role on their Social Media team. You should have strong academics, a professional attitude, and enthusiasm for social media and client-facing work.

The Job Responsibilities: What You'll Learn to Do
This is an entry-level, client-facing paid social role. Training is provided — we hire for soft skills and coach technical execution.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (≈35% of time)
- Manage paid social/online media ad campaigns (e.g., Facebook/Meta Ads)
- Build tailored social strategies for each client
- Communicate with clients (≈30% of time)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a roster of clients
- Provide recommendations and build long-term client relationships
- Analyze campaign and website data (≈25% of time)
- Use analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor performance and produce monthly reports
- Adjust strategies based on performance insights
- Conduct marketing research and testing (≈10% of time)
- Interpret demographics, buyer behavior, and market research to inform strategy
Compensation
- $44,000 - $46,500 per year (may vary based on experience)
