This role acts as a liaison between business and technical teams, handling project documentation, scheduling, reporting, and vendor coordination, with a preference for bilingual Korean/English candidates.

What You’ll Do
The Jr. IT (Security) Project Coordinator will support the planning and execution of IT and infrastructure projects. You’ll work closely with technical teams, vendors, finance, and business stakeholders to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and aligned with requirements.
- Oversee and coordinate project tasks, tracking, and scheduling for assigned initiatives
- Generate and maintain project documentation (scope, objectives, requirements, schedule, status)
- Produce reports and charts to keep leadership and stakeholders informed of progress
- Draft communications and prepare/distribute meeting minutes and status reports (including executive-level updates)
- Define and document scope, deliverables, stakeholders, and high-level plans for infrastructure projects
- Schedule and conduct project meetings and maintain short-term tactical and longer-term strategic plans
- Work with infrastructure management and finance to develop and maintain project budgets and procure assets
- Track milestones, costs, design/development/testing progress, issues, and risks; escalate as needed
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal IT delivery resources to outline scope and high-level estimates
- Ensure projects meet timelines and deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a related technical field required
- Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods
- Familiarity with enterprise IT infrastructure operations and infrastructure project lifecycles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable drafting executive and stakeholder communications
- Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to travel up to ~25%
- Bilingual Korean/English preferred (ability to support Korean-speaking stakeholders is a plus)
Role Details
- Employment type: Contract (1 year) — may be full-time contractor engagement
- Location: Plano, TX (On-site / local to Plano) — applicants must be able to work in the Plano area
- Pay: $5,582/month DOE (as stated in source) — pay may be listed as monthly rate; confirm during interview
- Travel: Up to ~25%
