Who We’re Hiring
This is an entry-level, client-facing digital marketing role for a Confidential Client in the PR, Advertising & Marketing industry. The role is based in-office in Harrisburg, PA. Ideal candidates will have strong academics, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in digital marketing. Prior marketing experience is a plus but not required — we hire for potential and provide training.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (all majors welcome)
- GPA 3.4 or above (upcoming grads encouraged to apply)
- Prior work experience in any field (internship, part-time job, volunteer, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, dependable, self-motivated attitude
Desired Skills & Technical Familiarity
- Customer service or client-facing experience
- Presentation, analytical and research skills
- Interest in digital marketing and using data to make decisions
- Nice-to-have technical skills (not required):
- Excel / Google Workspace
- Google Analytics
- Basic HTML
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools
- Copywriting for the web and digital marketing coursework or exposure (bonus)
What You’ll Learn & Do (Day-to-Day)
Communicate with Clients (≈40%)
- Serve as the primary contact for a set of clients, offering recommendations and building trusted relationships
- Maintain high client retention through proactive service and clear communication
Plan & Execute Digital Marketing (≈35%)
- Develop and implement data-driven SEO and AI search visibility strategies
- Build and optimize PPC campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to deliver measurable results
- Plan content strategy and prepare briefs/outlines for copywriters
- Support conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives and implement recommended best practices
- Perform light backend edits to client websites to implement content and fixes
Analyze Campaign Data (≈15%)
- Review campaign performance in Google Analytics and reporting tools; prepare monthly summaries
- Interpret analytics, demographic and market data to refine strategies
Research & Testing (≈10%)
- Conduct keyword and competitor research
- Run A/B and usability tests and recommend improvements
Compensation & Employment Type
Employment Type: CONTRACTOR / PART_TIME / INTERNSHIP (as listed)
Compensation: $50,000 - $53,000 per year (may vary based on experience)
Location & Schedule
- This position is based fully in-office at the client’s Harrisburg, PA campus.
