What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is seeking a Jr. / Entry-Level Recruiter to join their sales recruiting team. This is an entry-level, full-time role focused on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across a variety of hiring needs (entry through management levels, contract and full-time). You will be trained and coached to support full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, phone screens, interview coordination, and offer follow-up
- Review resumes and applications as a first-round screener
- Follow up on leads for both sales and recruiting pipelines
- Maintain and update the recruiting database and candidate records
- Meet daily targets for phone interviews and client-facing coordination
- Work with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and ensure quality requisitions
- Recruit with a sense of urgency and deliver under pressure
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), Outlook and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player who thrives in a multicultural environment
- Strong work ethic, organizational ability, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field preferred
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License and VERY clean driving record
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as required
Compensation & Location
- Estimated salary: $44,456 per year (estimated)
- Location: Lake Dallas, TX (role will be based in Lake Dallas area; local candidates preferred)
Work Environment & Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Fast-paced, target-driven recruiting environment.
- Ongoing training and coaching to develop sourcing and full-cycle recruiting skills.
- Some local travel (up to 25%) for client meetings or candidate events may be required.
