What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a Jr. Enterprise Watch Officer to monitor enterprise IT services, coordinate incident response, and deliver situational awareness to senior IT leadership in Creve Coeur, MO. This is a hands-on operations role where clear communication, timely escalation, and attention to mission impacts are critical.

  • Manage Critical Priority 1 tickets through to resolution.
  • Monitor operational activity across ESC cells (for example: PSOC, CSOC) to maintain centralized situational awareness of enterprise IT health.
  • Communicate status of operational infrastructure to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver Daily Operations briefs and provide briefings to senior leadership.
  • Collect, coordinate, and brief upcoming Areas of Operations (AOs).
  • Recommend mitigation actions to minimize downtime and mission impact; support service restoration.
  • Assess event/incident impacts on mission capability and prioritize restoration activities.
  • Coordinate with affected mission partners during unscheduled outages on status, remediation, and projected restoral times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree + 2+ years relevant experience OR
  • Associate’s degree + 4+ years relevant experience OR
  • High school diploma/GED + 6+ years relevant experience
  • Operational experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tooling
  • Experience supporting Intelligence Community or large government IT operations preferred
  • TS/SCI clearance required with the ability to obtain a CI polygraph
  • Active CompTIA Security+ preferred
  • Must successfully pass background and drug screening

  • Master’s degree

  • Ability to obtain CI polygraph
  • Ability to work Panama Day Shift hours (shift specifics identified upon hire)
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team
  • Strong time-management skills; able to manage multiple, time-sensitive efforts in a fast-paced contracting environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable briefing senior stakeholders
  • Friendly, professional presence with strong customer-service phone skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office suite; comfortable training end users on common technical issues
  • Strong problem-solving and abstract-thinking abilities

Compensation (Estimated)

  • Estimated pay: $85,515 per year (estimated)
