What You’ll Do

This entry-level Business Intelligence role supports the launch and growth of the Cleveland Sirens WNBA franchise. You will use data and analytics to help inform revenue-driving decisions across ticketing, partnerships, digital & marketing, and retail.

• Develop and maintain data visualizations, structured reporting, and ad-hoc reports to support organizational decision-making
• Produce timely, actionable analysis that supports strategic initiatives and revenue growth
• Analyze data across ticketing, partnerships, digital & marketing, and retail to identify opportunities and strategies
• Partner with business stakeholders to implement an integrated data and analysis strategy
• Collaborate with data and IT teams and other members of the business intelligence function
• Advocate for data-driven decisions and contribute positively to team culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 0–1 years of related professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, strategy, or consulting (internship experience welcomed)
• Familiarity with quantitative methods and analytical tools
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business-minded professionals
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Curiosity, a problem-solving mindset, and a positive approach to team culture
• SQL programming skills, Salesforce familiarity, and Tableau experience are a plus

• SQL and basic data modeling
• Data visualization (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
• Familiarity with CRM analytics (Salesforce) and ticketing data
• Strong Excel skills and experience producing structured reports
• Stakeholder management and presentation skills

• Estimated pay: $65,669 per year (estimated)
• Employment type: Contract (with potential full-time opportunities) — exact terms determined by the confidential client
• Location: Cleveland, OH, USA (on-site or as required by the confidential client)
