What You’ll Do

This remote, full-time IT Sourcing Agent role supports a healthcare-focused supply chain organization. You will execute and improve IT sourcing activities to secure best-value IT products and services while reducing risk and ensuring compliance.

• Negotiate IT contract pricing, terms, and licensing models with suppliers to optimize total cost of ownership, technology alignment, and supply continuity.
• Analyze sourcing data, market trends, and benchmarks to build defendable sourcing strategies aligned with category and technical goals.
• Apply and maintain sourcing processes and controls to ensure regulatory, security, and internal policy compliance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, Corporate Risk, and IT to validate vendor capabilities and reflect operational and security priorities in contracts.
• Manage contract lifecycle tasks: review new requests, track expirations, process amendments, extensions, renewals, and maintain contract records.
• Provide regular reporting on category strategies, supplier performance, cost optimization efforts, and process improvement initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For (Minimum Requirements)

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years cumulative experience OR an Associate or Bachelor degree OR 4 years of applicable job-specific experience.
• Experience or interest in IT sourcing, procurement, or vendor management in a complex organization.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with sourcing data, benchmarking, and market research.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to work remotely and coordinate with distributed stakeholders across functions.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0–3 years of professional experience, or prior internship experience in healthcare supply chain, project management, IT procurement, or related areas.
• Familiarity with healthcare procurement environments, security requirements, or IT licensing models.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range (provided by our client): $87,463.00 — $121,918.37 per year.
