Program Overview

This is an intensive, one-year (or shorter) IT job training program designed to equip early-career adults with technical and professional skills, hands-on internship experience, and placement support. Participants receive classroom instruction, coaching and mentorship, and access to internship opportunities with employers in the Austin area. During the internship phase, participants earn an educational stipend.


What You’ll Learn & Do

  • Professional skills training: business communication, interviewing, networking, and resume building
  • Participate full-time in classroom training, then transition to a paid internship with employer partners
  • Receive one-on-one coaching, mentorship, and job placement support throughout the program
  • Earn an educational stipend during the internship phase

Who Should Apply

  • High school graduate or GED recipient
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Have not obtained a bachelor’s degree (this program targets those without a 4-year degree)
  • Available Monday–Friday for the duration of the program (full-time commitment)
