What You’ll Do

• Implement strategies to consolidate, secure, and manage IT assets for the client’s call-center and customer-service platforms.
• Maintain inventory and configuration records for assigned technologies and platforms.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, IT operations, security, SAP, and Salesforce teams to align solutions to architecture standards.
• Develop and review design artifacts to ensure compliance with reference architectures and product standards.
• Drive technology portfolio management and help implement initiatives on the technology roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership as a senior technical resource — guide design decisions, identify and mitigate technology risks, and communicate status and recommendations to project/program managers and architects.
• Enhance and maintain integrations for Java and .NET applications supporting call-center operations and telephony platform integrations.
• Apply cloud best practices (Azure primarily; AWS experience is transferable) in development, deployment, and operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience as an Architect or Engineer in enterprise IT environments.
• 1+ years’ experience in project management or leading technical projects.
• Strong development experience with .NET and Java.
• Experience developing and operating applications in cloud environments (Azure preferred; AWS acceptable).
• Proven ability to work effectively in an outsourced IT environment and manage technology costs.
• Experience with both legacy and modern computing architectures.
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Local candidates only; W-2 employment required (no C2C / 1099). Work authorization in the U.S. is required.

Nice to Have

• NiCE CXone call center platform experience or familiarity with contact-center-as-a-service solutions.
• MuleSoft (or similar ESB/integration) experience.
• Prior exposure to telephony/CTI integrations and call-center infrastructure.

Role Details

• Employment type: Contract (W-2) — potential to convert to full-time depending on fit and business needs.
• Location: Columbus, OH — Hybrid schedule: Monday & Friday remote; Tuesday–Thursday on-site at the Arena location.
• Team: Senior technical contributor (no direct reports required), working closely with enterprise architecture, operations, security, SAP, and Salesforce teams.
• Clearance/sponsorship: This role requires candidates who are local to the Columbus area and authorized to work in the U.S. without immediate sponsorship.
