Role Summary

Confidential Client is recruiting for an entry-level Career Development (Rotational) Program in IT / Digital Technology for candidates graduating between December 2026 and August 2027. This program is designed for early-career IT talent (0–2 years' experience) to gain hands-on technical experience through structured rotations, mentoring, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• Expected graduation between December 2026 and August 2027.

• Relevant internship or co-op experience and active participation in campus activities preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the program.
