Position Overview

This contract role supports an ERP transformation by validating Req-to-Pay (RTP) data during deployments and improving how deployment data is analyzed, reported, and used for decision-making. The successful candidate will work onsite with the transformation data team, business leads, and stakeholders to ensure accurate data transfer into the new SAP S/4HANA environment and to build reporting, dashboards, and AI-enabled tooling that improve deployment readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate that RTP data is accurately transferred during ERP deployment activities
• Partner with ERP transformation data teams and business users to confirm data requirements, validation criteria, priorities, and status
• Collect and maintain data from primary and secondary sources to support validation and analysis activities
• Develop and implement data collection processes, validation methods, and strategies to improve data quality and efficiency
• Filter, cleanse, and reconcile data; identify issues via reports and performance indicators
• Perform data profiling to identify anomalies, gaps, inconsistencies, and data transfer risk
• Mine and analyze large datasets to draw conclusions that support deployment and business decisions
• Use statistical and analytical tools to interpret trends, patterns, and insights (diagnostic and predictive where appropriate)
• Build dashboards, visualizations, exception reporting, and reconciliation tools to accelerate analysis
• Apply AI-enabled approaches to speed issue identification, pattern detection, and insight generation
• Translate validation and analytics findings into clear recommendations and reporting for management and stakeholders
• Proactively identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to reduce deployment risk and improve RTP outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data validation, data analysis, ERP data support, or transformation-related roles
• Hands-on experience with data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and trend analysis
• Experience supporting ERP deployments, data migration, or system implementation activities
• Strong ability to analyze complex data and identify inconsistencies, anomalies, gaps, and quality issues
• Familiarity with Req-to-Pay (RTP) processes and related business data
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, validation tools, or analytical methods to improve decision-making
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP platforms
• Prior experience supporting RTP data validation, migration, or deployment readiness
• Familiarity with enterprise data quality, statistical analysis, or validation methods
• Experience using AI, automation, or advanced analytics platforms (for example Databricks) to improve data analysis processes
• Experience working in cross-functional global transformation programs

Schedule, Duration & Work Authorization

• Contract: 12 months (on-site)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Work location: Onsite in City of Corning, NY
• Work authorization: Eligible to work in the U.S. (U.S. citizens and permanent residents)

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $48.66/hr – $50.34/hr (base pay range provided by confidential client). Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
• Contract role; benefits and additional compensation details (if any) will be shared by the hiring team.
