What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level cloud operations role supporting the day-to-day health, stability, and monitoring of a Confidential Client cloud platform. You will work under supervision, follow established runbooks, and gain hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and automation.

• Monitor cloud alerts and escalate or resolve per procedures
• Execute predefined automation scripts and playbooks
• Assist with routine maintenance tasks and scheduled operations
• Troubleshoot basic infrastructure and system issues (Windows and Linux)
• Help document systems, incidents, and runbooks
• Collaborate with engineers and support teams to deliver reliable operations
• Contribute to continuous improvement and learning activities

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field; OR a technical certificate; OR equivalent (4 years) related experience
• 0–2 years experience in IT support or operations (4–6 years if no degree)
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networking fundamentals, and operating systems (Windows/Linux)
• Customer-service oriented mindset with strong written and verbal communication
• Comfortable following detailed instructions and working as part of a team
• Proficient with common productivity tools such as Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or prior experience in IT operations, help desk, or systems administration
• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
• Familiarity with cloud fundamentals for a major provider such as Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure
• Strong curiosity about cloud, automation, and infrastructure technologies

• CompTIA A+, Network+, Cloud Essentials
• Google Associate Cloud Engineer
• HashiCorp Certified Terraform Associate

Compensation & Benefits

• Minimum base salary: $97,011.20 per year (posted minimum, New Jersey pay transparency disclosure)
• Comprehensive benefits for full-time team members including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits
• Pay determined based on market data, experience, education, relevant skills, geographic location, and internal equity
