About the Role

Confidential Client is hiring an IT Associate to provide hands-on technical support and end-user computing services in Loehmanns Plaza, NY. This contract-to-hire role focuses on help-desk and desktop support (Windows and Office 365 environments), equipment setup, asset tracking, and administration of online donor/pledging platforms such as ANDAR/ePledge and FormAssembly. The position is onsite and supports internal meetings, events, and ongoing technical projects.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt, professional help-desk and end-user technical support
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, phones, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot Windows desktop environments (Windows 10/11), Office 365, Outlook, VPNs, and common business applications
  • Provide technical support for meetings, presentations, and events (on-site AV and conference setup)
  • Track and maintain technology assets and software license usage
  • Document support requests, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
  • Support, maintain, and assist with upgrades to network/server infrastructure as assigned
  • Administer and support online donor and pledging systems (e.g., ANDAR/ePledge, FormAssembly) — setup, training, reporting, and data tasks
  • Produce system and campaign reports and assist with donor website implementation tasks
  • Participate in IT projects and coordinate with other IT teams as needed
  • Train staff on hardware, software, and internal business applications
  • Perform additional duties that support the organization’s mission and operations

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, plus at least two years of hands-on experience supporting PCs and enterprise software; OR a comparable combination of education and hands-on experience
  • Proven experience in help-desk / desktop support roles (ticketing systems, user support)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for hardware and software issues
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills and a customer-service orientation
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative
  • Comfortable learning and supporting new systems and cloud-based tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications, or equivalent
  • Prior experience administering donor/pledging platforms and FormAssembly or ANDAR/ePledge
  • Experience supporting Windows domain/Active Directory environments and Office 365 administration

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (hourly pay depends on qualifications, experience, and job-related factors)
  • Contract-to-hire opportunity with potential to convert to a direct employee of Confidential Client

Workplace & Schedule

  • This is a fully onsite position based in Loehmanns Plaza, NY.
  • Contract-to-hire arrangement; schedule aligned to operational business hours with occasional event or after-hours support as needed.
