Overview
Confidential Client is seeking an IT Applications Analyst based in Clifford, IN. This entry-level, full-time role focuses on configuring, testing, and supporting enterprise applications and related AI/procurement tooling. The position is 100% on-site and suitable for candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience who have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.
What You’ll Do
Confidential Client's IT Applications Analysts help translate business needs into application configurations and validate solutions end-to-end. In this role you will:
- Assist in analyzing and evaluating current application functionality and recommending improvements to align with business processes.
- Configure and verify application setup for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions to meet functional requirements.
- Document functional specifications, solution designs, and configuration steps that developers and integrators will follow.
- Support solution validation testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm functionality meets business expectations.
- Work with vendors to resolve functionality gaps and improve product capabilities.
- Participate in AI-related initiatives: help prepare and cleanse datasets, assist with basic model validation, and support evaluation of AI tools and vendors.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance considerations are incorporated into application and AI workstreams.
- Prepare stakeholder-facing summaries and presentations on project progress and outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field — or equivalent relevant experience.
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience (position is targeted to early-career/entry-level candidates).
- Familiarity with application configuration, SDLC concepts, and basic solution design.
- Experience or coursework in data preparation, basic data validation, or exposure to AI/ML concepts is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for documenting requirements and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Clifford, IN.
