What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level IT Application Administrator role on an Enterprise Document Management team supporting enterprise content management solutions. You will assist with design, development, deployment, support, and documentation for automated content and e-signature workflows used across academic and administrative units.

  • Assist in the analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise content management solutions using Hyland OnBase and DocuSign.
  • Help automate business processes that manage documents, e-forms, cases, and data.
  • Provide timely customer support for deployed solutions: intake, triage, and resolution of tickets.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation: designs, specifications, testing notes, process guides, and workflow diagrams.
  • Participate in testing and QA to ensure solutions meet requirements and perform reliably.
  • Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders; communicate status and issues clearly.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree; OR high school diploma (or equivalent) plus two years of relevant experience.
  • Relevant coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute for the required experience at an equivalent rate.
  • Willingness to learn enterprise content management platforms and e-signature tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and customer-service orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in software development, electronic document management solution development, e-signature administration, IT customer support, or software documentation.
  • Experience or familiarity with Hyland OnBase and/or DocuSign preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for testing and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Expected salary: $58,000–$65,000 per year (commensurate with education and experience).
  • Competitive benefits package including vacation, sick leave, holidays, personal leave days, and paid family leave (benefit specifics depend on the employer’s plans).

Location & Work Requirements

  • This is an on-site position located in Gainesville, FL. This is not a remote role.
  • Level 2 Criminal Background Screening is required.
  • Work visa sponsorship is not available.
