  • Support transaction execution by organizing data rooms, reviewing project financials, and tracking diligence items to completion.
  • Research renewable energy markets, tax credit policy, and comparable transaction pricing to inform investment decisions.
  • Draft sections of investment memos, transaction summaries, and investor-facing materials.
  • Maintain transaction records and pipeline data in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate documentation requests with legal, tax, and sponsor counterparties.
  • Assist senior team members with preparation of materials for investment committee review.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Core Attributes)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience; internships or full-time work in banking, energy finance, project finance, or related analytical roles are a plus.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Compensation & Total Rewards

  • Base salary: $115,000 - $155,000 per year.
  • Performance bonus: target ~10% of base salary.
  • Potential discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.
  • Benefits package: health, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, generous PTO, flexible/hybrid work, employer donation match, annual company retreat and periodic team events.
  • Compensation and title will be determined commensurate with experience.

Why Join

  • Work at the intersection of finance and sustainability on transactions that enable the energy transition.
  • Join a collaborative, transparent team that values ownership, continuous learning, and measurable impact.
