What You’ll Do

This entry-level Investment Operations Analyst will support middle/back-office functions across multiple asset classes. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Support trade settlements and lifecycle trade processing
• Reconcile cash and positions across internal systems and custodians
• Process wires and manage cash movements
• Maintain and validate data used for valuations and reporting
• Prepare and deliver operational reports and exception workflows
• Partner with IT, Legal, Compliance, Accounting and Treasury to identify and resolve issues
• Support process improvements, controls, and project work to increase operational efficiency
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external service providers

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a detail-oriented, early-career investment operations professional who is eager to learn and contribute:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related discipline
• Early-career or internship experience in investment operations, settlements, or fund/accounting support preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and proficiency in Word and Outlook
• Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
• Familiarity or interest in investment management concepts and middle/back-office processes
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, intellectual curiosity, and proactive problem-solving ability

Location & Working Arrangement

• This position is based in Bloomfield, CT with a hybrid schedule (office + work from home). Regular on-site presence at the corporate office is expected as defined by the hiring manager.
• If you work from home occasionally or permanently, a cable broadband or fiber internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload is required.
• The role supports the client’s registered investment adviser and may require the successful candidate to become an Access Person, subject to the firm’s Code of Ethics and personal trading restrictions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Anticipated annual salary range: $59,600 — $99,400 (USD), dependent on experience and location.
• Role is anticipated to be eligible for an annual bonus program.
• Benefits typically include medical, vision, dental, 401(k), company-paid life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid holidays, leaves of absence, and a minimum accrual of paid time off (details provided by the employer).
