The Opportunity
This entry-level Investment Counselor – Wealthbuilder role is designed to prepare motivated candidates for a durable career in wealth management. You will receive structured training (including Series 65 preparation), mentorship, and hands-on experience servicing client accounts as part of a team. Over time, high performers can progress to licensed client-facing roles and potentially manage a roster of high-net-worth clients.
What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)
- Work collaboratively on a client service team and act as a liaison between the Investment Policy Committee and U.S. clients
- Connect with clients to review asset allocation and progress toward long-term financial objectives
- Build trust through clear explanations of portfolio strategy, investments, and market events
- Manage client communications and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill operational requests
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in an operational, administrative, client-facing, or finance-related role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Willingness and ability to obtain the Series 65 license (robust training and support provided)
- Consultative, client-first mindset with strong communication skills
- Able to work in an in-office role based in Plano, TX (hybrid options may be available later based on role, tenure and performance)

Location & Work Arrangement
This is an in-office role based in Plano, TX. Candidates must be able to work onsite. Any future hybrid eligibility will depend on role, tenure, and performance.
