Role Overview
Confidential Client (Financial Services) is seeking an Investment Compliance Data Analyst to join its compliance team. This is an early-career, technically focused role that sits at the intersection of compliance, trading, data, and systems. You will use SQL and automation to help modernize compliance workflows and support pre- and post-trade monitoring. This position is based in Brockton, MA.
Compensation: $85,000–$125,000 per year, plus bonus, profit sharing, exceptional 401(k) match, and comprehensive health benefits.
What You’ll Do
- Review and resolve pre- and post-trade compliance alerts in coordination with trading teams
- Use SQL to analyze data, identify issues, and help automate manual compliance workflows
- Support maintenance and enhancement of compliance rules and controls across OMS and trading platforms
- Maintain restricted lists and help manage wall-crossing and MNPI-related processes
- Assist with regulatory monitoring, updates to policies/procedures, and audits
- Contribute to system enhancements, automation initiatives, and ad hoc compliance projects
- Partner closely with compliance, trading, and operations to improve efficiency and strengthen controls
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0–3 years of relevant experience (May 2027 graduates encouraged to apply)
- Intermediate SQL proficiency required
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Interest in investment management, markets, and compliance
- Financial services experience strongly preferred
- Exposure to OMS platforms, trading environments, or compliance workflows is a plus
- Experience with automation, AI tools, or process improvement is a plus
