Position Description

This role supports the confidential client’s international tax and transfer pricing practice. You will work on end-to-end transfer pricing and tax engagements—planning, executing, and delivering analyses and deliverables for multinational and domestic clients. The position involves quantitative and qualitative analyses, financial benchmarking, valuation support, and preparing documentation for tax and regulatory compliance.


What You’ll Do

  • Work on client engagements from start to finish: planning, executing, and completing transfer pricing and tax projects.
  • Conduct economic, financial, and accounting analyses that demonstrate understanding of transfer pricing concepts and methods.
  • Evaluate intercompany transactions (tangible goods, intangibles, services, loans) and perform industry and market research.
  • Prepare and analyze financial and economic data for tax/regulatory compliance using MS Word, Excel, and statistical tools.
  • Review and analyze GAAP financial statements and perform comparative benchmarking.
  • Interact with client personnel to gather information and support engagement needs.
  • Collaborate across teams — contributing to multiple assignments and delivering client-ready documentation.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business/Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in one or more: financial statement analysis, valuations, quantitative analysis, industry analysis, statistical sampling, or econometrics.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; comfortable using data and statistical tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Foreign language skills are a plus.
  • Experience with statistical sampling packages or econometric tools is beneficial.
  • Prior exposure to transfer pricing or international tax engagements preferred.

Compensation & Employment Type

  • Compensation Range: $74,800 - $89,250 per year.
  • Employment type: Full-time (role may also be listed as internship/early-career dependent on client needs).
