What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring Internal Audit and Financial Advisory Consultants to deliver client-facing audit, advisory, and technology assurance services. You will join project teams to help assess risk, analyze data, validate controls, and communicate actionable findings to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate on internal audit and financial advisory engagements across Business Process Audit & Advisory or Technology Audit & Advisory tracks
  • Assess business processes, controls, regulatory compliance, and technology risks (cybersecurity, cloud, data governance, AI risk)
  • Use AI-enabled analysis and data interrogation to derive insights and support audit conclusions
  • Prepare workpapers, document observations, and present clear, professional deliverables to clients
  • Help design and test controls, perform data analytics, and support process improvements and automation efforts
  • Learn and apply audit methodology, industry frameworks, and best practices under senior advisor guidance
  • Manage time and priorities effectively while contributing to team outcomes and client relationships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools for analytical and research tasks (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GenAI)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving with intellectual curiosity
  • Technical proficiency relevant to assigned capability area (business process or technology audit)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Interest or entry-level experience with analytics/automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, MS Power Platform, Python) and basic software development concepts

How We Work

Confidential Client practices a hybrid model that balances in-person collaboration and remote work. Project requirements will vary by client engagement; you may work from local offices and client sites and expect occasional local or out-of-state travel as projects require.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range (full-time equivalent): $72,000 – $89,000 per year
  • Bonus target: $2,000 (where eligible); estimated total cash range: $72,000 – $89,000
  • Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA options, life & disability insurance, parental leave, adoption/fertility assistance, 401(k) with employer match, and paid time off. Actual benefits depend on role, location, and eligibility.
