What You’ll Do

This role supports on-site construction teams by implementing and coordinating VDC/BIM-based workflows to improve field coordination, sequencing, and documentation.

• Plan, implement, and coordinate VDC processes using appropriate technology platforms
• Support 3D coordination, phase/4D planning, site utilization planning, and record modeling
• Serve as the point of contact for construction teams regarding VDC/BIM processes and reports through all phases of construction
• Document and recommend improvements to work processes and company standards
• Participate in knowledge sharing through the Integrated Delivery Advancement Team community of practice
• Daily work planning and coordination with project team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
• Beginner or intermediate BIM/VDC software training or experience
• Detail-oriented with ability to organize and manage multiple project tasks
• Basic understanding of construction law and common business practices
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, project tools, and relevant web applications
• Strong customer-service orientation and professional communication skills
• Ability to interpret and communicate company policies
• Previous related internship experience is a plus
• Current driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay range: $76,600 - $95,800 per year (positioning within the range depends on experience and internal equity).
• This position is eligible for the client’s incentive plan.
