What You’ll Do
This entry-level Insurance Sales Representative role is an in-office, full-time position supporting our client's commercial insurance sales efforts. You will:
- Maintain sales goals and deliver industry-leading service standards.
- Promptly follow up on inbound leads from website applications and answer inbound calls.
- Manage multiple tasks reliably and demonstrate strong dependability.
- Collaborate closely with teammates in a high-performing, team-focused environment.
- Complete licensing and sales training to become a fully qualified sales agent.
Training & Start Dates
This position includes a company-sponsored Property & Casualty licensing training course and exam, followed by a structured sales training program:
- Planned start date: October 12, 2026.
- Licensing exam date: October 30, 2026.
- Sales training start date: November 2, 2026.
- Training duration: roughly one month with anticipated completion around December 4, 2026.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements and preferred skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated sales and customer service ability.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time management with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Positive attitude, coachable, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
Compensation & Benefits
In accordance with pay-transparency practices, the good-faith starting compensation for this position is $51,000 per year plus commission and/or incentive pay potential. Final compensation will be based on qualifications, location, and other considerations permitted by law.
