Overview

Confidential Client is hiring an Inside Sales Agent (entry-level) to join a fast-paced team supporting health insurance customers. This role focuses on inbound calls and warm outbound outreach — no cold calling — and is ideal for motivated candidates who want paid licensing/training, a base salary plus uncapped commission, and clear advancement paths in health insurance sales.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound phone inquiries and make warm outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Guide consumers through health plan selection and the application/enrollment process.
• Learn and become an expert on health insurance products and plan options.
• Deliver an excellent, empathetic customer experience on every interaction.
• Represent Confidential Client professionally as a brand ambassador.
• Work in a performance-driven environment and meet individual and team sales KPIs.
• Use multiple screens and CRM tools to manage leads and documentation.
• Complete required licensing and background checks as part of onboarding.

What We’re Looking For

• Motivated, competitive, and coachable individuals — sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working in a high-energy, metrics-focused environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use multiple monitors.
• Ability to complete required insurance licensing and legal background screenings.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Drive to learn and grow toward higher-earning roles with uncapped commission potential.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary plus UNCAPPED commission (competitive earnings potential).
• Typical first-year earnings reported by similar agents: $60,000–$80,000 a year on average (variable, based on performance and commissions).
• Company-paid training and required insurance licensing — no cost to you.
• Benefits package may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and other offerings (details provided by Confidential Client).
