Position overview

Confidential Client is hiring an Entry‑Level Inside Sales / ACES Lending Officer to join their consumer‑direct mortgage lending team in Miami, FL. This is a full‑time, in‑office role with structured training to prepare you for the NMLS exam and a path to become a Licensed Lending Officer.

What you’ll do

This role is an inside sales position focused on guiding prospective borrowers through the early stages of the loan lifecycle while completing a formal training program. Key duties include:

• Participate in a comprehensive ACES training program (SAFE + NMLS preparation)
• Conduct outbound and inbound phone presentations to prospective customers
• Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into licensed lending conversations
• Use CRM and loan processing software to log activity and manage pipelines
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and maintain compliance with lending policies
• Work closely with sales and training leadership to meet and exceed performance goals

Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking motivated sales professionals who are coachable, customer‑focused, and comfortable working with technology. Ideal candidates will have:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a documented history of meeting/exceeding goals (call center sales strongly preferred)
• Strong phone‑based communication and relationship‑building skills
• Willingness and ability to commute to a Miami, FL office full‑time
• Ability to pass the NMLS exam and satisfy state & national licensing requirements
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a collaborative attitude
• A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred but not required

Compensation & benefits

The Confidential Client provides paid training and a commission/bonus structure once licensed.

• Base training pay: $15.00/hour during ACES training
• Additional monthly per‑origination bonus incentives once licensed and engaging customers
• Estimated total compensation (example): ~$66,940 per year (varies by performance and licensing status)

• Company‑provided leads — no personal lead purchase required
