About the role
Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Inside Sales Agent to support customer account management and order processing for its Sales operations. This is a client-facing role focused on timely order handling, problem resolution, and sales support that drives account growth.

What You’ll Do
- Provide account management support via phone and email, handling order inquiries and status updates.
- Process orders accurately and promptly, and identify opportunities to upsell or propose product options.
- Manage returns and coordinate transportation/logistics as needed.
- Maintain and update call lists and account records; prepare routine reports.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate when appropriate to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend process improvements.
- Participate in team activities and support group sales initiatives.
- Perform other administrative tasks related to order development and customer service.
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 0–2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- Problem-solving mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Prior inside sales, customer service, or order-processing experience.
