What You’ll Do

As an Inpatient Staff Registered Nurse with our confidential client, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in an inpatient setting. You will work with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to clinical policies and protocols.

• Provide direct patient care, assessments, and ongoing monitoring
• Develop and update individualized care plans based on evidence-based practices
• Administer medications and treatments safely and document accurately
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other team members
• Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns appropriately
• Participate in quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, and professional development

Qualifications

Minimum requirements (candidates must meet one of the education/license pathways below and hold current, unrestricted licensure):

• English language proficiency for safe, effective patient care
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (ACEN or CCNE) OR equivalent foreign-educated credential with accepted equivalency validation
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a professional nurse (RN) in a U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia
• Graduate Nurse Technician (GNT) exception: temporary appointment may be considered for candidates actively pursuing licensure (per policy)
• Ability to meet the physical demands of inpatient nursing (visual acuity, hearing, speech, manual dexterity; frequent walking, standing, lifting/transferring patients as needed)

Grade/level expectations (examples — final grade determined by confidential client based on experience and dimensions such as Practice, Leadership, Professional Development):

• Entry-level: ADN/Diploma with foundational nursing competencies
• Mid-level: ADN + experience or BSN with demonstrated clinical proficiency
• Advanced-level: BSN/MSN with progressive specialty experience and leadership in complex care

Preferred Experience

• Acute care / inpatient nursing experience
• Certification or training relevant to medical-surgical or specialty inpatient care (e.g., chemotherapy certification where applicable)
• Evidence of leadership, quality improvement, or advanced clinical practice

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary range: $75,721 - $140,211 per year (range provided by the confidential client)
• Employment type: Contract; Full time
• Typical setting: Onsite inpatient unit in West Palm Beach, FL — shift schedule will be determined by the confidential client
