What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an Industrial Security Specialist to support document control and classified-material accountability at a cleared facility in Fairview, TX. This entry-level, full-time role reports to the Document Control Lead and works closely with the Facility Security Officer (FSO) on security procedures and compliance.
- Support specialized procedures for transmission, handling, and shipping of classified and proprietary material
- Maintain audit and accountability for classified assets using internal accountability systems
- Investigate security incidents and prepare written reports for the FSO
- Assist internal customers with area custodian training, pin/combo updates, and physical security maintenance
- Support personnel security tasks as requested (access lists, visit requests, RCAST, PCL)
- May perform courier duties between local facilities in North Texas as required
Minimum Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance is required
- Active Top Secret DoD clearance required (must be in place by day 1)
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (or advanced degree) and up to 1 year relevant experience
- Experience with Microsoft products (Office suite)
- Valid driver’s license

- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Experience interacting with internal customers and ability to multitask
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to shifting priorities
Location, Schedule & Clearance
- Worksite: Onsite at Confidential Client facility in Fairview, TX (role is not remote)
- Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance required and U.S. citizenship required
- This position may include occasional inter-facility courier duties in the region
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range (good-faith estimate): $57,200 — $108,800 USD per year
- Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, parental leave, and other programs depending on business unit
- This role is not eligible for relocation assistance
