What You’ll Do

• Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, safety, quality, and cost improvements.
• Design efficient workflows, workstations, and production layouts.
• Partner with production, maintenance, and leadership teams to troubleshoot and implement solutions.
• Support projects focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost savings.
• Create clear work instructions, standardized processes, and documentation.
• Use data and basic analytics to improve labor efficiency and manufacturing performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Help take improvements from concept through pilot and implementation.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Internship, co-op, manufacturing, or hands-on project experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with operators, supervisors, and leadership across the organization.
• Desire to learn, take ownership of projects, and grow in a manufacturing environment.
• Positive attitude and a continuous improvement / Lean mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour. Individual compensation depends on qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors.
