Industrial Engineer
This entry-level Industrial Engineer role involves analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness. What You’ll Do
- Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, safety, quality, and cost improvements.
- Design efficient workflows, workstations, and production layouts.
- Partner with production, maintenance, and leadership teams to troubleshoot and implement solutions.
- Support projects focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost savings.
- Create clear work instructions, standardized processes, and documentation.
- Use data and basic analytics to improve labor efficiency and manufacturing performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Help take improvements from concept through pilot and implementation.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Internship, co-op, manufacturing, or hands-on project experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with operators, supervisors, and leadership across the organization.
- Desire to learn, take ownership of projects, and grow in a manufacturing environment.
- Positive attitude and a continuous improvement / Lean mindset.

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour. Individual compensation depends on qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors.
