What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Implementation Specialist to support client onboarding and program launches for recognition and employee experience solutions. You will partner with clients, internal teams, and field offices to deliver timely, accurate implementations that meet client expectations.
- Lead and coordinate implementation projects from kickoff through launch
- Build project timelines, manage milestones, and proactively address delays
- Run and facilitate client calls and demos (Zoom, phone, in-person) throughout setup
- Configure and test program components across multiple internal systems
- Create clear, accurate documentation and client-facing deliverables
- Escalate and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction
- Support area teams during transitions to Account Management
- Maintain high attention to detail and quality in all outputs
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary day-to-day contact during implementation for assigned clients
- Communicate progress and next steps to clients and internal stakeholders
- Schedule and lead multiple setup calls; present demos of platform features
- Track and report on project status, risks, and resolution plans
- Learn and use multiple systems and tools to execute client programs
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver consistent, professional service
Qualifications
- 2 years of client-facing experience in customer support, partnership, or client success
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable presenting features and conducting live demos
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Zoom and virtual meeting platforms
- Excellent problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to follow structured procedures with minimal supervision
- Professional demeanor and strong customer empathy
Working Conditions & Location Requirements
- Hybrid schedule: in-office Monday–Wednesday; optional remote Thursday–Friday
- Must be located along the Wasatch Front and able to commute to the Salt Lake City area office as required
- Office-based work with long periods at a computer; occasional availability outside standard business hours for global support
Compensation (Estimated)
- Estimated base: $72,310 per year (estimated)
