What You’ll Do

This Implementation & Service Specialist role focuses on delivering field implementations and service solutions (fleet management, productivity software, health & safety tools, etc.) and ensuring excellent customer outcomes across a geographic territory. This position can require up to 85% travel during peak periods.

  • Make outside, face-to-face visits to customers to deploy and support Tool Service and software solutions.
  • Lead and manage implementation projects from kickoff through handover — define schedules, assign tasks, and track delivery.
  • Train customers on service, software and hardware at multiple levels within customer organizations.
  • Demo products and services in-person and adapt demonstrations to customer needs.
  • Use Time & Territory Management (TTM) to prioritize accounts, create daily schedules, and maximize territory productivity.
  • Build and execute account business plans to target customers, identify gaps, and grow service/software adoption.
  • Work closely with solutions consultants, field sales, operations, logistics, credit, marketing, technical services, and customer service to resolve issues and accelerate deployment.
  • Support contract negotiations with field sales; assess risk and seek profitable, long-term agreements.
  • Represent the client in customer project meetings, follow up to sell additional training/webinars, and capture user feedback.
  • Identify decision-makers and secure appointments with construction or industrial customers; perform targeted prospecting and cold outreach.

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in sales, customer service, logistics, operations, construction management or a related technical field.
  • Demonstrated consultative selling, cold-calling, and account-development skills.
  • Experience with project or territory management and strong time-management skills.
  • Ability to develop engaged customer relationships and implement strategic concepts.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams; able to manage ambiguity.
  • Proficient with MS Office and mobile devices; comfortable learning new software tools.
  • Professional appearance and conduct consistent with a client-facing role.

Vehicle / Driver’s License Requirements

  • Company vehicle provided for demos and implementation equipment, as needed.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license required and must comply with client fleet safety policies.
  • Responsible for prudent care and protection of company assets.
