What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an Entry-Level Implementation Project Manager / Client Support specialist to plan, coordinate, and deliver implementation projects that meet business objectives, timelines and budgets. This role combines project management with client-facing support to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of products and services.

• Manage all project phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure
• Create and maintain project plans, deliverables, timelines and budgets
• Coordinate day-to-day activities across a matrixed team and third-party vendors
• Drive milestone achievement through resource coordination and project governance
• Lead stakeholder communication and provide scheduled and on-demand status updates
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues; escalate when necessary
• Tailor processes to the needs of individual projects while following standard methodologies
• Produce timely decisions based on available information and team input
• Deliver work on projects of varying complexity with a strong client-service focus

What We’re Looking For (Required)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 3 years of project management experience (implementation/project coordination)
• Ability to work in an hourly role with occasional overtime as needed
• Strong organizational, planning and time-management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management ability

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Experience with formal project management tools and structured methodologies
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Visio
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills
• Proven ability to build relationships internally and externally
• Experience managing or supervising project teams
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
• Demonstrated client-service orientation and accountability for results
