Overview
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Implementation Consultant to support deployments of the Entri product suite and related patient/user experience solutions. This role is remote (U.S.-based) and includes client-facing work, configuration and database-support tasks, testing and training, and travel to client sites as needed (up to 50%).
What You’ll Do
- Partner with clients and internal hospital operations, application, and infrastructure teams to support design, build, and implementation of Entri patient and user experience solutions.
- Support on-time, accurate delivery of application database builds and communicate progress, risks, and support needs across the deployment team.
- Consult with clients and project partners to define and obtain configuration data per contract scope, timelines, and budget.
- Analyze data and operational workflows to identify best practices and improve implementation efficiency.
- Coordinate with Operations, Training, IT, Product, Integration, Support, and other stakeholders to meet milestones and prepare for go-live.
- Develop and deliver training materials, documentation, and clear expectations for end users and stakeholders.
- Lead or support database validation, functional testing, and integrated testing to confirm readiness for go-live.
- Identify and escalate project obstacles; engage subject matter experts to resolve risks that could affect delivery.
- Provide clear project updates and keep stakeholders accountable throughout implementation.
- Propose opportunities to improve product and process initiatives.
- Build knowledge of healthcare operations and patient access workflows through training, mock implementations, shadowing, and client projects.
- Travel to client sites as project needs require (ability to travel up to 50%).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–3 years of related experience in healthcare, technology, implementation, deployment, project coordination, configuration, client service, or a related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills and clear oral and written communication.
- Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, peers, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-changing environment.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and comply with HIPAA and other privacy requirements.
- Fluent in English (read, write, speak) and able to prepare professional business correspondence.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% based on project needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare experience in patient access, registration, scheduling, hospital operations, or related workflows.
- Prior experience supporting software implementations, product deployments, application configuration, database builds, or project management activities.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems such as Epic or Cerner.
- Experience with Entri tools (Schedule Maximizer, Order Facilitator, Consumer Self Scheduling), Looker Reporting, or related platforms.
- Comfortable working directly with clients — facilitating meetings, delivering demos/training, and managing challenging stakeholder interactions.
- Quick learner with a collaborative, energetic approach and focus on continuous learning and team success.
Compensation & Benefits
For this U.S.-based position, the base pay range is $54,661.00 - $85,842.89 per year. Actual pay is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education/training. Confidential Client offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.
