What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an Implementation Consultant I to support deployment of the Entri product suite and related patient/user experience solutions. This is an entry-level implementation role well suited to someone organized, client-focused, and eager to learn. You will work with internal teams and client stakeholders to move projects from planning through go-live by gathering requirements, supporting application/database builds, coordinating testing and readiness activities, developing training materials, and keeping stakeholders informed and accountable.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients and internal hospital operations, application, and infrastructure teams to support the design, build, and implementation of Entri patient and user experience solutions.
  • Support on-time, accurate delivery of application database builds and communicate progress, risks, and support needs across the deployment team.
  • Consult with clients and project partners to define and obtain required data for application configuration based on contract scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Analyze data and operational workflows to identify standard best practices and improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Training, IT, Product, Integration, Support, and other stakeholders to meet implementation milestones and prepare for go-live.
  • Develop and deliver training, objectives, expectations, and educational materials for end users and project stakeholders.
  • Lead or support database validation, functional testing, and integrated testing to confirm readiness for successful go-lives.
  • Identify project obstacles, engage appropriate subject matter experts, and escalate or resolve issues affecting solution delivery.
  • Provide clear project updates and escalate when needed to maintain accountability.
  • Propose opportunities to improve product and process initiatives.
  • Build knowledge of healthcare operations and patient access workflows through training, mock implementations, shadowing, and supported client projects.
  • Travel to client sites as required (up to 50%).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1–3 years of related experience in healthcare, technology, implementation, deployment, project coordination, configuration, client service, or related fields.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Highly organized with strong interpersonal and clear written/oral communication skills.
  • Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from managers, clients, peers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines and adapt to rapidly changing customer needs.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and comply with HIPAA requirements.
  • Proficiency in English (read, write, speak) sufficient for professional business correspondence.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% based on project needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare experience in patient access, registration, scheduling, hospital operations, or related workflows.
  • Experience supporting software implementation, product deployment, application configuration, database builds, or project management tasks.
  • Familiarity with healthcare platforms / EMR systems such as Epic or Cerner.
  • Experience with Schedule Maximizer, Order Facilitator, Consumer Self Scheduling, Looker Reporting, or related Entri tools.
  • Comfort working directly with clients, facilitating meetings, delivering demonstrations or training, and handling challenging stakeholder interactions.
  • Quick learner, receptive to feedback, and effective in steep learning environments.
  • Collaborative, energetic approach focused on team success and continuous professional growth.

Compensation & Benefits

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $54,661.00 — $85,842.89 per year. Actual pay is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education/training.

  • Authoritative location: Detroit, MI (role supports remote/telecommute work as needed).
  • This role may include travel to client sites — up to 50% based on project needs.
