Overview
Confidential Client (via Careertakes) is hiring an Implementation Consultant I to support deployments of the Entri Product Suite. This entry-level, full-time IT role is remote-eligible and focused on implementing patient- and user-experience solutions for healthcare provider clients. You will partner with clients and internal hospital operations, application, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements, build application databases, coordinate testing, develop training materials, and support go-live activities. This role is ideal for an organized, client-focused problem-solver who wants fast learning and career progression.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients and internal operations, application, and infrastructure teams to design, build, and implement Entri patient and user-experience solutions.
- Support on-time, accurate delivery of application database builds and communicate progress, risks, and support needs across the deployment team.
- Consult with clients and project partners to define and obtain the data needed to configure applications based on contract scope, timelines, and budget.
- Analyze data and operational workflows to identify best practices and resolve implementation challenges.
- Coordinate database validation, functional testing, and integrated testing to confirm readiness for go-live.
- Develop and deliver clear training materials, user objectives, and stakeholder communications.
- Identify project obstacles, engage subject-matter experts, and escalate or resolve issues that could affect delivery.
- Provide regular project updates and help maintain stakeholder accountability throughout implementation.
- Propose opportunities to improve product or process initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1–3 years' related experience in healthcare, technology, implementation, deployment, project coordination, configuration, client service, or a related field.
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking ability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Self-motivated and effective working independently and in teams.
- Understanding of the importance of protecting patient data (HIPAA) and handling confidential information.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and prepare professional business correspondence in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in patient access, registration, scheduling, or hospital operations.
- Experience supporting software implementations, application configuration, database builds, or project management.
- Familiarity with Epic, Cerner, Entri tools (Schedule Maximizer, Order Facilitator, Consumer Self Scheduling), or Looker reporting.
- Comfortable facilitating client meetings, demonstrations, and training.
- Quick learner who accepts feedback and remains effective on a steep learning curve.
- Collaborative, energetic approach with a focus on team success and professional growth.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range: $54,661.00 — $85,842.89 per year. Actual pay is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education.

- Employment type: Full-time.
- Remote-eligible (telecommute) with U.S. applicant requirement.
- Travel: up to 50% to client sites as required.
