About the Role
The Credit Trainee role is an early-career development program designed for candidates who are motivated, curious, and eager to build a long-term career in credit and finance.
You’ll join the credit team and receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to multiple areas of the business. No prior credit experience is required — the client will teach you everything you need to succeed.
The Credit Trainee Program
This is an 8–12 month rotational training program where you’ll gain real-world experience across operations and credit functions, including:
- Time in warehouse and branch operations
- Shadowing sales teams and delivery drivers
- Participating in customer meetings and site visits
- Learning how trade credit is extended and managed

Qualifications
Required

0–3 years of work experience after earning a bachelor’s degree
(Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree) -

Location & Relocation
- Initial training will take place in Santa Ana, CA for 8–12 months
- Relocation is required after the training period
- Nationwide opportunities are available
- A relocation allowance will be provided
