Position summary
Confidential Client is hiring a Human Resources & Training Associate to coordinate and execute HR service programs in Richardson, TX. This full‑time, on-site role supports HR operations including training & development, benefits administration, HRIS reporting, and employee engagement while ensuring service level agreements and regulatory compliance are met.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate and facilitate processes and procedures related to training & development, benefits (e.g., open enrollment, onboarding into benefit plans), and employee engagement programs.
- Serve as a point of contact for program changes — communicate updates to managers and employees.
- Assist employees with benefits questions and basic enrollment issues.
- Partner with managers to track and ensure completion of required training.
- Support analysis of legal and regulatory impacts of program changes and escalate compliance issues.
- Generate HR reports and gather data (e.g., PDP ratings, merit increases) to support HR decisions.
- Maintain and support HRIS data integrity and assist with report writing.
- Recommend and support continuous improvement for HR programs, systems, and processes.
- Act as a key resource for internal HR teams and end users; provide clear, professional communication and problem‑solving support.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Working knowledge of HR legislation and company HR policies.
- Experience with HRIS and basic report writing.
- Strong verbal presentation skills and experience facilitating training or communications.
- Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage sensitive employee information confidentially.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple detailed tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Prior experience in benefits administration, training coordination, or employee engagement programs.
- Hands‑on experience creating HR reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with adult learning methods and learning management systems (LMS).
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- This is an on‑site role performed in a normal office environment in Richardson, TX.
- Typical duties may require extended periods of sitting, sustained visual concentration, and repetitive manual movements (data entry, mouse use, etc.).
Compensation & Employment Type
- Employment type: Full‑time.
- Estimated pay (source): $65,379 per year (estimated). Actual compensation may vary based on experience and location.
