What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and execute HR service programs including training & development, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives for Confidential Client.
- Communicate program and policy changes to management and employees; act as a primary contact for HR program questions.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and with questions related to benefit plans and eligibility.
- Partner with managers to ensure training requirements and development plans are met.
- Support analysis of legal and regulatory impacts from program changes and ensure accurate program implementation.
- Generate and maintain HR reports (e.g., PDP ratings, merit increases) and HRIS data extracts; support basic report writing.
- Provide process improvement suggestions to enhance HR programs, systems, or databases.
- Serve as a key resource for internal HR teams and end users; escalate complex issues as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience (benefits administration, training, HR operations or HRIS support preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong working knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems and the ability to write or pull basic reports.
- Solid skills with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good public presentation and interpersonal communication skills; comfortable interacting with a range of internal stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and to prioritize multiple detailed tasks.
- General knowledge of adult learning methods and training coordination.

- Location: Buckingham, TX (on-site / office-based role)
- Employment type: Full-time
- Work environment: Standard office setting; may require extended periods of computer work and data entry.
- Estimated pay: $81,562 per year (estimated)
