Overview
Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Human Resources Manager to support HR operations at a manufacturing/plant location in the Cincinnati area. This role focuses on operational HR delivery, small project leadership, and partnering with business leaders to balance employee needs with operational goals.
Salary: $85,000 - $122,200 / year
Key Responsibilities
- Build autonomy and encourage personal initiative within the HR team
- Lead small HR projects and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain and use HR systems to deliver consistent operational results
- Identify and support business-building opportunities at the plant level
- Partner with managers to balance employee needs and business requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and manage small projects
- Comfortable working in an operations/plant environment and supporting relocation needs when required
