What You’ll Do

  • Gather and analyze reporting requirements from HR stakeholders and translate them into actionable reports.
  • Design, build, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and worklets to support HR business needs.
  • Build, manage, and maintain custom reports and calculated field libraries in Workday.
  • Oversee and troubleshoot automated Workday tasks, including Process Monitor, Audit Reports, and Scheduled Processes.
  • Maintain and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly data trackers and dashboards.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide insights and clear recommendations to HR leadership.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support HR initiatives, special projects, and system enhancements.
  • Support cross-functional reporting needs (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Payroll, IT, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain data quality standards and processes to ensure accurate and reliable HR data.
  • Collaborate with project teams to provide analysis and metrics for Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Workforce Planning, and business reviews.
  • Present data findings to cross-functional leadership using an objective, fact-based approach.
  • Act as a liaison between Business Intelligence, IT, and HR.
  • Participate in benchmarking, surveys, and Workday upgrades/testing, including developing and executing test plans.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, information systems, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working directly with Workday HCM.
  • Demonstrated experience writing, building, scheduling, and maintaining reports/dashboards in a cloud-based HCM (Workday preferred).
  • Experience handling confidential people data with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a passion for improving processes.
  • Ability to work hybrid (3 days required on-site).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Proficiency with calculated fields in Workday or another cloud-based HCM.
  • Basic understanding of SQL queries and relational databases.
  • Familiarity using business AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate analysis and reporting.

Location & Schedule

  • Work location: Upper Dublin Township, PA (hybrid). This role requires being onsite at the client office at least 3 days per week.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to comply with the on-site/hybrid schedule.
