What You’ll Do

This Associate / Senior Associate — Digital Product Management role will support Project NOVA and the development of next-generation new-account digital onboarding capabilities. You will translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, help design streamlined onboarding processes, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver scalable, risk-aware solutions.

  • Translate business needs and stakeholder inputs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with partners across Credit & Fraud Risk, Product, Technology, Operations, EAPP, and related teams to define and prioritize onboarding initiatives.
  • Support requirement readiness for development, participate in initial solution design discussions, and manage dependencies and prioritization.
  • Drive end-to-end process improvements that enhance risk decisions, operational efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
  • Partner with Risk Capabilities and Technology teams to support deployment of onboarding enhancements and next-generation capabilities.
  • Coordinate and support testing activities including UAT, end-to-end, and regression testing.
  • Track project status, risks, action items, and key milestones; provide concise updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting to support capability development, performance measurement, and ongoing process improvement.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product support, onboarding, risk, operations, or process improvement roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirements gathering, and translating needs into actionable deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting initiatives in Agile or similar delivery environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services, new account onboarding, or credit/risk-related processes.
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping, process design, and operational workflow improvements.
  • Knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) principles and backlog/requirement management.
  • Experience with credit risk policies, credit bureau processes, decisioning systems, or onboarding platforms.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay range: USD $89,250 — $150,250 per year. Final pay will consider factors such as location, experience, and job-related qualifications.

Work Model & Location

This role supports onboarding transformation work across business and technology teams. The specific work location and flexibility (onsite, hybrid, or remote) will be determined based on business needs and will be discussed during the hiring process.
