Role overview
Confidential Client is hiring an HRIS Coordinator to provide technical and customer-facing support for HRIS, payroll, and time & labor systems. This role blends hands-on troubleshooting, customer service, and participation in implementations and discovery sessions. Ideal for a tech-savvy, organized self-starter who enjoys variety and solving client problems.
What You’ll Do
- Provide telephone and online support to clients and employees.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and help resolve product/service issues; escalate when appropriate to Level II or management.
- Assist in developing client support plans and act as a subject-matter resource.
- Engage with prospects and clients to understand Payroll, Time & Labor Management, and HRIS requirements.
- Participate in discovery sessions to document client needs and system requirements.
- Stay current on product features, releases, and best practices.
- Contribute to delivery best practices, implementations, and process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency with web technologies and working knowledge of multiple operating systems.
- Demonstrated technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to retain/apply product knowledge.
- Experience or aptitude to assist with customer-facing software implementations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, time-management, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with routine office equipment and performing repetitive tasks (typing, filing) as needed.
