What You’ll Do
This is an entry-level HR / Recruiting Operations role supporting a Talent Acquisition team (five people). The focus is on HR operations, administrative support, coordination, and HR systems work rather than full-cycle recruiting. Typical responsibilities include:
- Support a Talent Acquisition team with daily administrative and coordination tasks
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications and calendars
- Assist with new-hire onboarding logistics and documentation
- Maintain and update HR systems and candidate records (working knowledge of SAP helpful)
- Prepare and organize offer packets, background-check documentation, and onboarding materials
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to HR and TA initiatives as needed
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree completed
- 0–4 years of experience managing administrative tasks in any environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
- Experience working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Working knowledge of SAP is a plus (not required to be an expert)
- Authorized to work in the United States
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $27.55 / hour (exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education)
- Expected employment type: Full-time
