What You’ll Do
The HR Operations Analyst supports core HR operations to ensure accurate employee data, compliant payroll processes, and timely employee lifecycle services. Working with global HR colleagues and third-party administrators, you’ll help maintain HRIS data (Workday), assist payroll-related workflows, and respond to employee service requests within defined SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR colleagues across regions to deliver consistent HR services
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data throughout the employee lifecycle
- Support onboarding, offboarding, internal moves, and related operational workflows
- Update employee information in Workday and coordinate with third‑party administrators
- Prepare payroll-related data and assist payroll teams to ensure timely, accurate processing
- Manage administrative tasks such as invoices, procurement coordination, and scheduling
- Respond to employee inquiries professionally and meet established service-level targets
- Generate ad‑hoc reports and provide census data for compliance and planning
- Identify process improvements and support implementation with stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months – 3 years’ experience in HR operations, payroll support, finance, or related functions
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- High attention to detail when managing employee data and payroll inputs
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from cross-functional teams
- Proactive problem-solving and continuous-improvement orientation
Location & Schedule
- Location: West Chester, PA — Hybrid (typically 3 days per week on site)
- This role supports employees and processes across multiple regions; occasional cross-timezone coordination may be required
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range (West Chester, PA): $81,600 - $99,800 (provided by the confidential client)
- Comprehensive benefits package (health & wellness, incentive programs, retirement contribution) — eligibility and specifics set by the confidential client
